- Each badge comes in 3 sizes: in 72x72 px, 36x36 px, 18x18 px.
♡ INSTRUCTIONS♡
1. Fill in the order requirement for what you want, describing it as much as you need. if you send me reference images via DM it would help me a lot to visualize what you have in mind ^^
2. After you have placed your order, I'll send you the sketches as soon as I can. Please have in mind I might be working in other commissions beside yours, so it might take some days.
3. When you have approved the sketches, I'll finalize the design and will send it to you so you can check how it looks. If there's any minor color change you want to make, I'll gladly do it! But no major design changes can be made at this point.
4. I'll send you the files to the email address you gave me, already resized so you can easily upload them to any platform you want.
♡ How long does it take?♡
- 1-3 Emotes: 7-12 days
- 4-5 Emotes: 12-14 days
- 5 more emotes: 14 days
Time may vary on the difficulty of the designs and how many orders are on queue.
If you want it done quicker please contact me first.
Please, have in mind, I might publish the final designs on my IG and Twitter account, of curse, giving you credit for it!

Shipping & Returns
✒️ Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), or digital products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Physical Items:
Regular shipping DOES NOT HAVE TRACKING!
Estimated shipping times:
Spain: 1-2 weeks
North America: 3-8 weeks
Europe: 2-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but unfortunately cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose as well as shipping issues I don't have any control over. Please, allow 3-5 days to process your order.
Please, make sure you write your address correctly!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lunieth.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✒️ Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
✒️ European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
✒️ Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
